Directions to TLC
The TLC program offers early education services that focus on the whole
child and family, with specific focus on an individual child’s developmental
goals and each family’s goals and needs.
Tacoma Learning Center’s services include developmentally appropriate
encouragement and education in all five areas of child development:
cognition, communication, fine and gross motor skills, adaptive functioning
and social-emotional development. The philosophy of TLC centers on the
belief that parents are a child’s first and best teachers; therefore, all
services focus on parent education, training and support.
