Tacoma Learning Center Program
Director
I began my
career with Tacoma Learning Center in September of 1992 as a Family Services
Specialist and have worn many hats since. I came to TLC with a Degree in
Human Services and during the next four years earned a BA degree in
Counseling Psychology. In March of 2000 I accepted a new position as part
of TLC’s management team. I learned much during those 6 years that further
prepared me to accept the position of Program Director in January of 2006.
I have so appreciated my years at Tacoma Learning Center and the wonderful
families and dedicated staff it has been a privilege to know. I am proud to
continue my work to advocate for children and families in Pierce County
while providing exemplary early learning opportunities here at TLC.
